Where is Western Self Storage located?
Western Self Storage has two main locations:
Main Campus & Office are located at 1100 E. 13th St
Havco Campus is located at 1012 - 1016 W. 28th St
Havco Eastgate Bldg E is located at 1216 Canterbury Road

What are the office hours?
Monday to Friday between 8:30 am and 4:45 pm
Saturday between 9:30 am and 1:30 pm.
We only have one office at Main Campus on 13th.
When can I access my storage unit?
Access your storage unit 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Is the facility near any colleges or universities?
Fort Hays State University is just 5 minutes away from Havco Campus and 10 minutes away from Main Campus.
What type of security features do you offer?
Our Main Campus has surveillance cameras, fully fenced yard, a keypad controlled, electronic gate.
Our Havco Eastgate Building E units have surveillance camers and are keypad controlled doors.
Are the units drive-up accessible?
Each of our outside units are drive-up accessible so loading and unloading will be easy. Most of our unit doors are wide enough to fit any car or truck size. Just pull up to your unit door on visits or on move-in day.
What documentation do I need to rent a unit?
Please bring a valid form of ID. We accept your driver’s license, state ID, military ID, or passport.
What types of leases are offered?
We offer month-to-month leases. Keep your unit for as long as you need.
How do I pay my storage bill?
Pay online via our website, stop by our office during office hours, or call with your credit card information. We also have a drop box at our Main Campus for after hours.
Is insurance required?
Although not required, insuring the contents of your storage unit is recommended.
